At DonkeyTees, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more items anywhere in the USA. For smaller orders, standard shipping starts at $2.95. If you need your order faster, we provide expedited shipping options at checkout starting at $6.

For our friends outside the USA, shipping to Canada begins at $12.95, and we offer express shipping worldwide starting at $17.95.

Each order is custom printed and ships from our print shop in Ohio within 24-48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Please note, we do not ship on U.S. mail holidays.

We want you to love your DonkeyTees apparel! Our items are designed with a normal fit—not too tight or too loose. Your usual t-shirt or sweatshirt size should match the fit of our soft, comfortable apparel perfectly. Try on your new items for size and fit, and if they’re not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. We just ask that the items remain unwashed and in their original condition.

Free Exchanges: If you need a different size, no problem! We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and we’ll send the new size to you at no extra cost.

Returns: If you prefer to return your order, you can ship it back on your own or request a prepaid label from us. For your convenience, we’ll use an economical shipping rate and deduct the label cost from your refund. Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 48-72 hours.
